This is the most pathetic gym as per me in cult gyms, the trainers and staff are pathetic the weights are very old and equipment are shitty you can't do anything properly if you do deadlift they don't even allow. If you working out the 3,4 staff willl always ve there to make your experience worst been to many luxury, good and economical gyms but this would also be comparable with any 500 gym washrooms smells staff is shittiest they have a unique arrogance.

I have been a member of this gym since starting, its a well managed gym. The staff is gud , machines are bit old but are in good condition. Dharmender Pandey and Devender Atri are exceptional gym trainers who bring a perfect balance of knowledge, motivation, and professionalism. Their customized workouts are challenging yet achievable, helping me consistently improve my strength and fitness. They offer constant encouragement and guidance, making every session engaging and rewarding. Highly recommend for anyone serious about results!

I visited Noida for a week and was putting up in a hotel in Sector 61. Since I am into fitness, I was looking for a gym to work out and I went to Supertech mall where I found Your Life Fitness gym. Please find my review below. 1. The gym is located on the 2nd floor which is accessible by lift and elevators. 2. They do accommodate visitors who are fitness enthusiasts at a nominal daily fee. 3. The gym is very spacious having dedicated spaces for cardio, weight training, yoga etc. 4. They have all necessary cardio machines like treadmills(4 to 5), several cycles(both upright and recumbent ones), cross trainers(3) and steps. 5. A special call out for different leg machines which exercise all leg muscles. They have it all. 6. Dedicated space for weight training. 7. Good clientele, great ambience, nice view as well as good trainers. 8. The staff is also very accomodative and pleasant. Really delighted to have visited this gym and I thoroughly enjoyed my workouts here.

YOUR LIFE FITNESS GYM has an area of 4000 Sq.ft. an area having two sides open views. The equipment for our gym is from CYBEX USA. Services are Gymnasium, Aerobic, Yoga, Zumba, Strength Training, Cardio Training, Personal Training, Steam, Shower, Complimentary Lockers, Workout Card, Free Car Parking, Certified Trainers.
