Best gym near my PG, more than that, best trainer. It has been a month and I can see the changes in my physique, energy level and fitness. All thanks to coach Shivam for creating my diet and fitness plan. About gym, all equipments are there from Fitline. Nice atmosphere and proper cleaning is maintained. Loving it!!!

The gym is very good, neat and clean. And the trainers are also very supportive and knowledgeable.

One of the best gym in my knowledge as I am 60 year old and I have worked out in multiple gyms but I never got such type of proper training format with proper scientific explanation about each and every movement i do while working out . Specially the gym owner Mr.shivam yadav i have never had interaction with such a educated and well spoken, humble gym owner. The quality of training he gives is amazing he actually motivates you so high that you perform the the really difficult movement so easily which is a really amazing part for me and thanks to shivam yadav he actually made me see changes in my strength level and body with in one and half month.

This gym is pathetic. I gone dere for a trial, the guy who own the gym I told him am having strain in veins despite my consent he disnt listen my consent n make me to do weight lifting... Which results in severe strain in shoulder n next area.... Believe me this my fourth day am stillsuffering from severe strain... Later I go to gym again n told him... He clearly disagree with me.... Plz don't go to this gym if yu are new to gym bcz this man has no idea of how intense given to particular body...
