It gives me great pleasure to write a review for this gym. Please find my review below. 1. Rates are quite reasonable and competitive considering the number of other gyms that are in close vicinity. 2. Neat and clean with management taking utmost care that cleaning is carried out routinely. 3. All machines are on the same floor which is quite convenient for fitness enthusiasts. 4. Pretty much All cardio and weight machines are available for a nice workout. 5. Clientele is also good. 6. Great location with the gym being on the main road and lift facility is available. 7. All trainers are quite professional and know their job of training clients. 8. Fitted with several TVs so people don't get bored while working out. I thoroughly enjoyed my workouts here and would like to congratulate the management and trainers for their hard work in maintaining this gym.

The gym has a very welcoming atmosphere with a good crowd, is very clean, and has all the necessary machines. My personal trainer, Mohit, is highly knowledgeable and ensures that every program is tailored to individual needs. For example, I had back issues and he carefully adjusted my workouts to strengthen my back without aggravating the problem. He's always available, patient, and happy to answer even the smallest questions. Truly appreciate his dedication and guidance.

The gym is fantastic! The facilities are top-notch, they care about cleanliness and the atmosphere is motivating. But what really sets it apart is the trainer. Knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing you to your limits, they make every session count. Highly recommended!

The best gym within a 5 km radius of Noida Sector 120 offers an affordable yearly subscription, taking into consideration the cost of living in this area. This gym ensures that you don't have to wait for equipment, as they consistently maintain availability of gym machines. I joined this gym a year ago, and it was my first time ever joining one. Thanks to the motivation provided by Harish, the gym trainer, I now make time in my busy schedule to visit the gym at least 5 days a week. The gym environment has become something I love, and I'm extremely satisfied with the excellent service they provide. Additionally, the gym's convenient location offers hassle-free parking and an unobstructed view from the gym windows. That's why I chose this gym over the gym facilities available in my own society.

Most recommended. I have been to multiple gyms but there is always a problem of ambience and good trainers /Focussed trainers / Equipments but this gym has everything right on track. I am continuing my journey here and hence opted for PT Mr. Mustakh who is very professional, gentle, knows proper exercises, best with strength training , Knowledge of versatile exercises. Excellent gym in this locality. Clean and friendly environment. Well informed trainers. I my self going to this gym since 1 month and I have found this gym experience excellent. Definitely recommend to fitness enthusiast.specifically I would mention a trainer Rahul. Amazing human being professional trainer.

I would really recommend the Fitness bar gym if you are looking for a good gym for either getting a good shape of your body or keeping yourself fit. I am doing my fitness training under the trainer Mohit, and I feel fantastic change in my strength and overall fitness. I would highly recommend Mohit as a trainer and the Fitness Bar as a gym for transforming your body in a desired way.
