ABSOLUTELY FILTHY - STAY AWAY FROM OPTIMA FITNESS I walked into Optima Fitness planning to join, but I walked right out in disgust. This place is dirty, smelly, and totally unhygienic. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place pushed me over the edge. * Cleaning is a joke. Dust, grime, sweat stains - it's everywhere. The mats are so filthy you wouldn't even let your shoes touch them, let alone your body. * There are no proper mats for stretching or yoga. The few mats they do have are in such horrible condition, it's honestly disgusting. * Only 2 ACs for the entire gym, and the place needs at-least 2 more of them. You end up sweating more just standing still. * The gym smells awful. No freshener, no incense, no effort to make the environment pleasant or breathable. * Staff might be around, but there's zero focus on sanitisation or cleanliness. A gym is supposed to be about health, but this one feels like a health hazard. And before anyone replies with a defensive comment like "you were never here, etc." -- this is the reality. If your ego gets in the way of listening to real feedback, you'll never improve. I'm not someone who enjoys writing reviews, but as a potential customer, I expected basic hygiene and respect. The customer is everything, and if your place isn't clean, no equipment or offers will make up for that. If they ever deep clean, get more AC, sanitise daily, and make the space breathable and fresh, I'll happily delete this review. Until then, don't waste your time at Optima Fitness.

I recently moved to Noida, and this was one of the best gyms I have seen, it has best value for price experience, all the equipments and setups are brand new.

The gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights.I particularly appreciate the spacious layout, which ensures there's enough room to work out comfortably, even during peak hours.

The trainer, Yogesh is friendly, professional, and always ready to help or offer advice. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and tailor the workouts to your needs and preferences. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and fun. I always look forward to my workouts and I feel great afterwards. I highly recommend this gym to anyone & everyone.
