This gym is very spacious and neat. Mr. Sannu, Tarun and Aman are excellent trainers. They helped me make real progress towards my goals. The equipment is always in great condition, it's spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I love the variety of classes and the trainers really know their stuff. It's a great atmosphere that makes me actually want to work out.

Tarun and Sanu are excellent and professional gym trainers. They always motivate me and teach every exercise in the correct way. I've seen great results from their training. Both are very supportive, positive, and dedicated to helping me achieve my fitness goals. I really appreciate their hard work and guidance.

Used to be good, not anymore. Staff doesn't know how to talk properly, senseless. Staff is in eagerness to close the gym even when people are still working out. Closing time is 11, though they start trying to make you leave early. Helpful trainers left, new trainers stand in corners in groups and are of no help. DISAPPOINTED!!

Had an awesome experience working out at the gym! The environment is energetic and motivating. The management is very cooperative, and the staff is friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this place for anyone serious about their fitness journey!

As a female beginner, I was completely let down, Joining this gym was disappointing and disheartening. Ego driven staffs from the top to bottom, Staff with big egos,The owner and receptionist were rude, dismissive, and so unprofessional, The trainers have the same ego issues I felt left completely on my own, as a beginner, especially women need trainer guidance to avoid injury and build confidence. This gym fails at providing either .This gym currently fails to offer respect or basic support for women beginners. Until it invests in staff training, trainer engagement, and a genuinely welcoming environment, I can't recommend it. If you're new to fitness and value a supportive atmosphere, look elsewhere especially women new to fitness.
