He explains exercises clearly and ensures I maintain the correct form, which makes a huge difference in my progress. His workouts are always challenging yet enjoyable, keeping me motivated throughout. Ashu is very supportive and pushes me to go beyond my limits in a safe way. Thanks to his guidance, I'm seeing great results and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated trainer.

The gym is well-equipped with a solid variety of machines and free weights, making it easy to switch up my routine. Everything is kept in good condition and clean, which really stands out. What really makes this gym shine, though, are the trainers and specially Prashant. He is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, they take the time to guide you, correct your form, and push you when needed--without being overbearing.

I am doing excersize fron last two months and am enjoying my healthy lifl.the best part of this gym is group classes especially core and crossfit. I would like to thank Ashu sir for amezing classes and helping us in strength training best trainer in fittcub.

Here is our gym trainer Sushant Halder who is an incredible persion, very active on floor, guides you properly and take a keen interest in your workout routine which makes it a pleasant experience. He is not my personal trainer and you would not even feel the need of a personal trainers, all trainers are good and knowledgeable.

Best gym in sector 122. Mr. Sameer, trainer is very knowledgeable and always helping with the workouts also Mr. Sameer Das over the reception is very supportive with all the help that would be required. Equipments are all new. Perfect spot for all fitness freaks. Gym has all facilities like weight training, zumba, dance, yoga etc.
