This Gym has been an awesome experience. The staff are approachable, the workouts are effective, and the environment keeps you motivated. Definitely a great place to stay fit and healthy

Not a good gym. The owner and trainers here are dishonest--they'll say anything to push you into buying an annual membership. Don't fall for it. Other major drawbacks: Pathetic air conditioning - it's practically non-functional. Poor quality treadmills - barely usable. Unqualified trainers - they give dangerously bad advice, like telling overweight beginners to skip strength training and just run on the treadmill. Open steroid use - you'll often find used injection wrappers lying around. No consistent pricing - they charge different rates depending on how much they think they can squeeze out of you. The only so-called "pro" is that it's open 24/7, but during the day you'll feel like you're training in a furnace thanks to the terrible AC. Avoid this place.

I've been working out at fit and flex for 6 months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best places to achieve your fitness goals. His personalized training approach has made a significant difference in my progress. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, his guidance is invaluable. One of the best place to workout in sector 122. With all the equipments and machines. Well educated staff and trainers.The main attraction is open terrace area for zumba and CrossFit. Last but not the least reasonable prices for everyone.
