It's been 3 months for me since i have joined. The facilities are good, environment is air conditioned, equipments are new sturdy. As far as trainers are concerned both male and female trainers are present.
Also you can get a well balanced protein diet of your choice write after gym if you order, as they have collaborated with a diet startup.
