This gym very poor service. Most instument not available in this gym Do not go to this gym at all. The most important instruments for body building are not there in this gym and the instruments that are required for running are also not there.

Gym quality is good across Noida City. Trainers are very polite and helping nature.

Update: Date: Dec 2023 Pros: 1. Gone are the old machines and equipment 2. New equipments are of top notch quality Probably the best set of equipments in the area Old: 1. Doesn't use AC during morning. I don't know whether they are operational in the evening time or not. 2. Some equipments are in a need of maintenance. 3. Stationary cycle needs to be upgraded as well as the cross fit equipment 4. Count of Low weight dumbbells needs to be increased. On a positive note: 1. Trainer is helpful. 2. Gym is spacious enough, so it doesn't feels cramped. 3. Ventilation is good, so it doesn't smell of sweat. 4. Ample free space where people can do body weight exercises. 5. Economical Conclusion: There is much improvement needed but I believe they will put thier time, effort and money in the continual improvement of the gym.

The owner Ankur is very welcoming and makes people comfortable in the gym. He makes sure that people are following the right form, irrespective of the weights. Kunal is the trainer and he's such an amazing person and a friend. He makes sure to spot everyone at the gym who's trying to do their best and more than that he has his own way of motivating people which is great. On and all an ideal place to start your weight loss or gain journey.

Most affordable gym with good quality equipments. Positive environment and ample of space for workout. Very fortunate to have this trainer cum owner who is always there to push for next max rep. Doing workout under his guidance and jubilant with my transformation. If u r looking for fab transformation then this place is definitely for u. Go for it.
