Do look out for Byran Ng if you are new to the gym or just go for a free trial. I personally had a great trial experience at Raffles outlet with Bryan. He was extremely kind, patient, and attentive throughout the workout. I really appreciated how he took the time to walk me through the floors and made sure I was comfortable with every exercise, while he also knew when to leave me alone and let me do my own workout. There was no pressure or hard selling at all -- just genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommend Bryan if you're looking for a trainer who truly listens and pays attention to details!

Was referred by a friend and tried the trial session and had a really great experience. My friends and I selected Raffles Place as our main gym just to get Rifa as our consultant as we heard she's really good. Really got Rifa as my consultant and she's super nice and friendly! She explained the different packages offered and helped me secure a lot of promos when I signed up. Whenever my friends and I face issues with our account or when we want to register for a fully booked class, we just drop Rifa a text and she'll work her magic. She's super bubbly and recognises you in the gym, making the whole experience great and less intimidating The raffles place outlet is also my favourite outlet, it's very big and spacious and the staff are warm and friendly. Will definitely recommend trying out here

Happy to have signed up with VA. Went for a trial day and Bryan was very accommodating. From touring the gym to signing up and being a member, Bryan's efficient support was 5 stars! For PT, I enjoyed my sessions with Cris. For a 1st timer like me with PT sessions, she was thorough, guided me well and gave me valuable suggestions! For this gym location, I love their salt room and steam room. Clean bathrooms and facilities. For Pilates, my fave instructor is Joyce! I now love Pilates and a big plus was having an instructor like her! I felt a big good change in my flexibility, core strength and body relief from all of my class sessions with her. She always makes effort to explain well, guide newbies and supports members. She goes around the class to make sure everyone is well supported and guided.

I recently signed up for Virgin Active and the whole experience was such a breeze. Virgin Active's facilities are honestly amazing. The gym floor is spacious and well-ventilated, the equipment is top-notch, the changing rooms are spotless, and the wide variety of classes are so inviting. You can tell they've really thought about creating a place where members actually want to spend time. But what really sealed the deal for me was a really cool agent named Stanley. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made everything so stress-free. He made me feel confident about joining and genuinely excited to start my fitness journey here. Even before I met him in the gym (was referred to him by a friend and we texted over WhatsApp first) he was super friendly, approachable, and patient. He walked me through all the membership details, explained the different options, and answered every question clearly. It never felt like a sales pitch, more like chatting with someone who genuinely cared about helping me finding the right fit. Thanks for being such a warm person and grateful to be under your care in VA. He's a real asset to Virgin Active and honestly the reason I signed up with a smile.

I had a great experience with Rifa, the counsellor at Virgin Active Raffles Place. She was incredibly patient in introducing all the facilities and classes, and really took the time to understand my needs. Rifa proactively answered all my questions, assisted with changing my gym schedule, and made everything very easy and pleasant. I was completely new to the gym and just starting my fitness journey, and Rifa made me feel comfortable and confident. Highly recommend anyone new to the gym to look for her -- she's super supportive and helpful! You can also request for free trial classes to explore what suits you best before signing up. The gym itself is fantastic -- very clean, well-maintained equipment, and the staff are always kind and attentive. The shower area is especially nice -- one of my favorite parts of coming here.

He's super helpful, patient, and friendly, and really took the time to explain and compare all the membership packages to find one that fit my needs and fitness goals. I am really enjoying my experience at VA gym! They offer a great range of facilities, machines, and classes. I especially love their Les Mills spinning class and Himalayan Salt room. A special shoutout to my gym consultant, Stanley, who has been incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful from the very start. Stanley at Virgin Active Raffles has been amazing from the start! He helped me with my trial session, showed me around, explained all the options (including detailed calculations so I could just compare them), and even recommended an excellent personal trainer to me. He also helped me my referred friend and gave them the same great support. Even when I once ghosted him after oversleeping , he was super understanding and followed up later to make sure I was getting the most out of the gym. Really appreciate how knowledgeable, genuine, caring he is -- Stanley truly goes the extra mile and made my whole experience at Virgin Active so much better!
