I had such an amazing experience at Pure Fitness during my introduction visit! From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Kristian, the Assistant Customer Representative Manager, who went above and beyond to make my first visit exceptional. Kristian was professional, approachable, and really attentive, he took the time to understand my goals, gave me a thorough and insightful tour of the facilities, and answered all my questions with genuine patience and enthusiasm. His passion for helping members feel at home truly stood out. The gym itself is outstanding, spotless, well-equipped with top-of-the-line machines, and offering an inspiring range of classes and training spaces. The energy in the space is motivating yet comfortable, and I felt so encouraged throughout my visit. Thanks to Kristian's guidance and the amazing environment, I was convinced to sign up right away. I've been with Pure for several years now, but I've never really taken the chance to thank all the teachers who have helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and more mobile. I truly appreciate your patience and passion in guiding us through every workout--especially someone like me, who started out weak and totally clueless about fitness. Before joining Pure, I had little strength, no core, and almost no flexibility. Over the years, with your encouragement and guidance, I've become healthier and stronger than I ever imagined. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, creating a calm and motivating environment. Victoria at Pure Fitness Asia Square is absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped into the gym, I was greeted by her with the biggest smile. Right away, I could tell she genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals. She listens attentively, understands my needs, and never makes me feel pressured-only supported and encouraged. Her knowledge of yoga and fitness classes is top-notch, and she always gives clear, helpful advice that makes choosing the right class so easy. Victoria's positive attitude and professionalism made the whole process very pleasant-from the gym tour to answering my endless questions, guiding me through the Pure 360 app, and walking me through every single detail. I am not a big gym hitter, I went for a yoga trial class and find the facilities pretty good and clean. Can't wait to start my gym journey.

The place is really nice. The layout for the gym is amazing. I like their spinning room with natural light and city view!

Great customer experience from start to end. Been looking for a gym to commit to and with the facilities provided by Pure the membership fee is well worth it. Cleanest gym, equipment in good condition and lovely atmosphere. Love the NAC location for its open concept. 10/10! Really nice and vibey gym in the CBD area offering multiple facilities for your various workout routine -- Pilates, Yoga, Hyrox etc. Peak hour just feels like normal hours at PURE due to the large space and many facilities. I was introduced to Jermaine to help with my registration. He is truly an informed and wonderful staff that provided me all the information needed and introduction to the gym!
