I took up PT with Farrah with the goals of managing/improving my lower back pain and building up a strong and proper foundation for strength training. I chose to train with Farrah because of her background in clinical exercise physiology. She helped me identify postural issues which I previously wasn't aware of, and taught me simple exercises I could do to correct them. She patiently guided me through various strength training exercises and really helped me improve my form. Farrah also made sure to focus on exercises targeting my weaker areas. I appreciate the fact that Farrah is encouraging, detailed in her explanations (she has a wealth of knowledge!) and brings with her the right energy level. I have truly enjoyed my PT sessions with Farrah and have gained valuable lessons that I know will go a long way.

Am most glad to have found this HIDDEN GEM and met Farrah the anchor trainer for our sessions. My original goal was to have a sustainable group gym routine that is catered to my fitness level and could be dialed upwards to push my body for fitness and strength endurance, but none of the gyms that I had gone to were good enough until I came to Level. The training method was a mixture of time and repetition dosage. Just like the tagline of OBS, Challenge by Choice - it would be up to us to push our body to the limit with heavier weights or more difficult variations. The instructions and demonstrations were clear and guided coming from Farrah, Phil and at times Hadrian. Farrah and the trainers took the effort to create the community spirit for the group. We Can't ask for more!!! I'm now fitter, healthier and happier!

The instructors at this gym (Zheng Jie and Bronson) are exceptional. They create a positive and inclusive environment for first timers who are not familiar with weight exercises and made me feel at ease.
