I m happy to share that I got the desired result from the yoga class conducted by Anandha yogam at Sulur .I joined the classes to cure my periods issues which I had since last 2 year and recoverd, cured the problem within 5months of continuous practice. After recovery also I m continuing the classes regularly.Being a student the most advantage of joining this class is about the flexibility of timing and the modes available to attend the class because during my exams online class was very useful to me. Hi all, Like many, I was hesitant about doing yoga due to lots of myths going around. I am a person suffering from gynec problems, specifically an ovarian cyst and hormonal imbalance due to which I have delayed periods. On top of these issues, my mental health took a toll and I was feeling blue all the time. It was then I decided to start with yoga. After 2 months of yoga sessions, I got my periods naturally. I'm definitely feeling a lot better and would recommend yoga as the best health practice to those people suffering from health issues like me. Anandha Yogam Sulur is the best place for yoga in Sulur, The master and his daughters are teaching the yoga very friendly, so it's very interesting I never skip the class. I am feeling very healthy and I feel the flexibility in my body, I saw lots of kids are in this yoga class and also I admired the master's way of teaching yoga for kids , it's the best yoga place for kids and adults
