Easily the best gym around Sulur. The trainer gives a really good routine of workouts & actually pushes you to do more. Overall a very good experience.

Trainor is very good and gives individual attention and training advice and Good exercises after considering every trainee's unique fitness level. Exercise are hard but after completing them there is a sense of satisfaction.
