Divya is a highly skilled yoga instructor. Her classes are consistently well-paced, thoughtfully structured, and deeply grounding. I really appreciate how she guide us through each pose with clear cues and modifications, making the practice accessible for all levels. Her calm presence and encouraging words create such a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate the balance she maintains between physical challenge and mindfulness--it's exactly what I need to reconnect with my body and mind.
