But honestly, the trainers here went above and beyond--guiding me through every workout and always being around to help. There are two trainers, so it's easy for everyone to get attention. This is my first gym experience. I have been going to this gym for the past 2 months, so I am sharing my genuine review here.
I've had a very good experience at 'REK Fitness Academy.' The facility is clean and well-equipped. This gym is spacious and comfortable for all workouts.
Going to the gym has become part of my routine, and I feel energetic and productive for rest of the day.
It's a great place for women to start their fitness journey. The trainers are highly professional.

REK - The Best Fitness Centre In The City
1. Trainer is present at all times and is professional & friendly.
2. It has the best atmosphere of any gym. #Spacious
3. Reasonably priced, similar to other gyms.
4. Convenient gym hours.
5. All the cardio and strength-training equipment is available. Especially, Cycling equipment is available for cardio, which is not available in any other well-known gym.

If you're still confused, let me share my fitness adventure.
I had gained some weight as a result of working from home for three and a half years, and I wanted to lose some weight and negativity in my life.
Last year, I tried both jogging and walking, but it didn't work for me. Even tried to engage in sports such as badminton, but the situation did not permit.
So I made the decision to enroll in a fitness academy.
To be honest, it was my final option after having a poor experience (poor muscle growth & inconsistency) with past gyms.
The primary causes of my inconsistency and demotivation are,
I didn't have a professional trainer, so I always ask fellow gym senior if my form was correct or not, and I didn't have a proper workout split plan or diet programs.
One gym is overcrowded, and another does not have enough necessary equipment, so we must wait for the equipment's availability, It will disrupt the workout rhythm.
After working out there, I always feel muscle soreness and a negative mindset, which demotivates me to go to the gym regularly, and I couldn't even complete 3 months consistently before quitting.
So I was reluctant to join the gym again, but I had no other choice. I wanted to start my fitness journey in a fresh environment, so I tried REK for the first time, and it made me feel entirely different within myself.
I got my Coach Nepolian Anna, who offered me a basic training plan for a month, which genuinely helped, unlike other gyms, who will recommend you do a circuit for three days or a week and push you into an exercise routine that might or might not be effective for you.
But after a month,
I was adjusted to all of the key muscles and adopted a new split training schedule. It encouraged me to go to the gym on a regular basis, and I began to feel better and see improvements in myself.
*And every time I have a question, he addresses it as if it were his brother.
*The gym is large enough for both cardio and strength training. *Cardio equipment's can be found on the above floor.
*It is neither overcrowded nor has limited equipment.
* Trainer will allocate workout plans based on your goals.
My Final words of suggestions,
*Maintain consistency, *Keep proper form throughout the workout. *Take care of your diet.
*Have a restful night's sleep.
Don't overthink it; just begin the process.
