Very good gym with all facilities. Trainers are helpful throught the workout session. Specially trainer gopi is very kind and helpful in correcting the form and also treating each and every persons in the gym equally without and difference.

Most of the reviews are not genuine. Trainers tell the clients to give 5 star reviews. I am just waiting for my subscription to finish. AC is not even working in the first floor. They won't even listen to the words. Becuz of this unavailability of AC, it makes a person sweat a lot and makes us feel very sick and becomes tired easily. They switch off the Air Conditioning before 9.15. I sweat a lot all the time becuz of this issue since I am working out lately. Idk why the management is always acting like this. Becuz of the cleaning ladies, the gym is kind of clean and looks good, otherwise u can smell the nasty sweat smell everywhere. There is always a problem happening in the gym, bathroom repairs, current off, equipments repair, main thing Air Conditioning repairs, water comes out of the wall, light issues, and most of the equipment went outdated. Many of the cross fit equipment were broken. Actually it's my edited review. I have posted a good and wonderful review about the gym earlier. But being exposed to the constant frustration of all the repair works and problems, I had to write this since I don't have a choice.

One of the best gym in avadi recently opened very advanced equipments well equipped trainers.the workouts are led by personal trainers especially Manikandan is good.I highly recommend him as the best trainer in slam ..Every body should go and visit the gym.... for sure Best trainer best equipment clean atmosphere. Good range of equipment and super clean environment with friendly coach (Krishna ) who checks on us time to time . Safe environment for women to workout at our own pace ! Highly recommend personal training with Krishna for immaculate workout journey .

Good equipments and trainers. You can freely workout in the gym, no restrictions, no time limits on using the facilities. Trainers support all time equally to men and women. Workouts are custom for each client. My trainer Nazir is experienced in the field for 8 years...provides support and attention to all his clients and he is very friendly. All the trainers are patient to each client.
