I never felt that I am doing exercise in a gym. I always felt at home here. The trainer creates homely atmosphere and is always available for questions and doubts. I have lost 8 kgs in 3 months. They take individual care of the trainees. Even when you don't have mood to do exercise, if you reach this gym, you will be inspired to do. It's worth for money and worth for improving a healthy way of life.

One of the best and oldest power gym in Avadi. You can feel the raw power in lifting weights. Master Nagendran is very motivative and doesn't leave you until you comple the Reps.... It is recommended if you need a place without too much crowd and to spend quality time in toning the body....
