Vintage fitness gym has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Gym machines and weightlifting dumbbells are quite fine and in very good quality like their grip and all. Fully recommended gym.

What an absolutely delightful gym to work out. In my opinion, it is the best compact sized gym I have visited. The owners are also very friendly people. They are very flexible to accommodate visitors who want to work out for few days. I would rather mention my views in points below.
1. Very neat and clean gym including the restrooms.
2. Latest state of the art machines which are very well maintained.
3. Nice location given the fact it is on the main road.
4. Dedicated space for stretching, zumba etc.
5. Flexible and economical fees for outside visitors.
6. Visitors allowed to work out as per their requirements as opposed to the usually allowed 45 min to an hour for residents.
All in all I would give this gym 5/5 and would like to applaud the owners for their hard work, passion and dedication. The owners are themselves extremely fit and are an example for those men and women who work out in this gym.
