Worst gym and the machines are not working properly, there is no trainer at all , owner is very bad and there is no ac , this is a honest review

one of the best gym in amritsar. The trainers are top notch and very supportive, especially for the newcomers. The owner of the gym is an amazing guy with a penchant for fitness always strives to provide best services to the clients. I had found most of the machines here only for good workout.

Noticed one thing in this gym , while other gym trainers Let you on the treadmill and crosstrainer or on cycle whole the time does not bother much until you took personal training from them ; but here is different trainers of lifetime gym without any pt encourage to do more body weight exercises , abs and core , and other strength exercises which eventually increases my strength and stamina. Really impressive

lifetime one of the oldest and well maintained gym , gym hall is quite massive as compare around with locatily's other gym . owner of the gym is great and experienced person who always guide right to their clients ..... Best part of the gym is that they do not recommed any protein powders or weight gainers or other such things to their clients , which i most of the time see in other gyms . So that's why i love and like this gym.

This gym is right example for value for money ,} you get how much you pay ; Services are really nice. Good place to build ur body .....along with very supportive staff. The trainers are very helpful wherever you find any problem in your daily workout!
