Worst gym. . They negotiate like streat hawkers . Some are paying 11k per year ,some are 15k.. Pt @18k . And few are PT@10k.. lack of equipments.. its better to go Gold gym or any good brand..

Gym equipments are good but the general trainers here are pathetic they will not guide you even if your form is wrong...moreover they are not very supportive and even if you ask them they will not guide you properly. Once i asked a PT about my form when he was free and he explained it to me with so much detail but the general trainer when asked he tells as if he is doing a favour to me when that is literally his job to guide you.Very disappointed.

I am member of this gym from past 3 and half years. It's the best female gym I have experienced so far. Very neat , clean and spacious. They have a wonderful team of experienced trainers. I am taking personal training from Raj sir from the begining. He understands his clients health issues and design workouts accordingly.
