Oceanic Gym

It's a good gym with all facilities one can ask for in a decent gym. Catering clients with three floors, carefully aligned for different needs on all three levels. I like their approach towards clients goals. They are reciprocal towards clients needs and cater to their issues. I feel this place to be comfortable for females specially and management is very supportive for their comfort and safety. I like their periodic fitness events to promote community get together in city like Amritsar. Overall, a good and comfortable place to hit your fitness goals.

I've been going to this gym for the past 4-5 months and honestly, it's been a game-changer for me. I signed up for personal training, and my trainer has been absolutely fantastic -- super knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in my progress. Every session feels structured, challenging, and tailored to my goals. The overall environment is just amazing. The staff is friendly and professional, and the vibe in the gym is always positive. You never feel judged here -- everyone, from beginners to advanced lifters, respects each other and helps out when needed. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, and the place is always clean and hygienic -- which is a big plus for me. Even during busy hours, it never feels too overcrowded. What I love most is that this place actually makes you want to come back. There's a real sense of community here, and it's clear the management cares about the members. If you're serious about getting fit or just starting your journey, this gym is 100% worth it. Highly recommend.

I'm writing this review based on my personal experience at the gym. Unfortunately, the management and overall environment have been quite disappointing. There are only 2-3 trainers available, and all of them are present only in the morning. There's no trainer available in the afternoon or evening, which makes it very difficult for members who train at those times. The manager, Mr. Gurnoor Singh, has been extremely unprofessional in his conduct. The gym owner, Ms. Mannat Sachdeva, also comes across as arrogant and rude when approached with genuine concerns. Instead of guiding or correcting clients performing exercises incorrectly, the trainers either ignore the situation or simply walk away, showing a clear lack of concern for members' safety or progress. Once the payment is collected, the attitude of the management changes completely. It feels like clients are no longer valued. Another major issue is the complete lack of female trainers, which is especially disappointing for female members who may need support or feel more comfortable with women trainers. Moreover, the gym equipment is outdated, and the air conditioning rarely works properly, making the workout environment uncomfortable. There also appears to be a poor attitude from the management--both Mr. Gurnoor Singh and Ms. Mannat Sachdeva--towards their own staff, which is very evident. I would strongly recommend looking for better gym options in the area. This place, unfortunately, does not live up to the basic standards one would expect from a professional fitness center. In summary: poor management, lack of qualified support, outdated facilities, and an overall lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend exploring better gym options in the area. This one, in my opinion, is a complete waste of time and money.

It's really nice gym. Have pretty much all the equipments. Trainers are professional and experienced. Results are assured. 5*

Worst Gym Experience - Not Worth the Money This is the worst gym I've ever joined. It's a total waste of money. Their only goal seems to be collecting money from customers. They only pay attention to people who have taken Personal Training (PT). Once those sessions are over, all the trainers disappear from the gym. If running a gym professionally is too difficult, it might be wiser to pause operations rather than continue disappointing paying customers. It seems like you don't even understand the basics of how to run a gym. There's no proper team of trainers, and no one to help regular members. The gym may look good from the outside, but there's nothing good going on behind the scenes.

The staff here is super helpful, especially Chandni mam. All the trainers are great too! If you're reading this, definitely check out Oceanic Gym. It's super clean, has good machines, and if you go for a personal trainer, you get access to a premium floor. Honestly, one of the best gyms in Amritsar!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. The facilities at this gym are decent, but the owner's attitude completely ruins the experience. From day one, they were rude, unapproachable, and dismissive of legitimate concerns. Whether it's broken equipment, billing issues, or basic hygiene, nothing ever gets properly addressed -- and if you bring it up, you're met with arrogance or outright hostility. It's clear that the owner is more interested in collecting membership fees than actually running a supportive or professional fitness environment. Several good trainers have already left, likely for the same reason many members are considering it. There are better gyms in the area where respect, cleanliness, and customer service still matter. This place is not worth your time or money until there's a serious change in management.

Best Gym and top notch facility in town. The best part is that this is probably the only gym in town which provides safe and secure environment for females to train at all times. Also the trainers and management are super cooperative. Really loved the gym vibe here. Surely recommending this gym to everyone.
