As a college student with hectic class schedule, I tend to have lots of stress. Miss Molthoinu yoga classes has helped me lot in reducing stress and help me to manage stress during stressful situations. I have seen many improvements in my flexibility and posture this one month. I often get distracted by other thoughts while studying and meditating. With Miss Molthoinu guidance, I have started to bring my focus a little more than I was before. Doing yoga has helped increase my productivity which also helps me to procrastinate less. Doing yoga early in the morning has also fixed my sleeping schedule. Yoga with Miss Molthoinu is never boring as we get to learn new things everyday whether it be about yoga poses, diet and facts about yoga. Thank you Miss Molthoinu for the amazing yoga classes. I look forward to attend more yoga classes in future.
I had been taking yoga classes with ma'am for nearly a month, and I had noticed a significant improvement in my practice since I started. She is a gentle professional. She walk us through the practice and brings peace to the practice. Every moment throughout my session was meet with peace and tranquility. Ma'am is an amazing yoga instructor who radiate positivity and exudes good vibes. I highly recommend her classes, which has become one of the things I look forward to most everyday .

I am grateful that I decided to give it a Go at "Yoga With Molthoinu". The class is a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation, while calming and centering the mind and body through breathing. The few aspects that I like about the teaching includes: # the pace # the transitions # the tips and freedom to choose on the variations of pose as per the suitability of one's body, and finally # the gentle, soothing, clear and calming voice of instructions. The one thing that I've learnt with the sessions is to remain Calm and find ease in the Breathe even when my body is shaking. Thank you for the positivity, and I wish more people acknowledge your effort while you continue to spread harmony.
