I've been working out at Apunba for the last 8-9 years, and it's been amazing. The gym has all the equipment you need, and the trainers are always there to guide you. It's clean, well-maintained, and has a great vibe. Highly recommended!

It is almost always crowded except for office/school/college working hours and on Sundays. Nice place overall with almost all the gym machines, equipments and weights available.

Extremely good fitness center in Imphal esp for weight training, aerobics and zumba. It's easily accessible location also adds to its value as a favoured fitness center for many in Imphal.

The only fitness centre in Imphal with certified trainers ,it is the trainers who could ruin or save one's life, this is my personal experience from this gym!!! Perfect fitness centre in Imphal for fitness consultancy.
