Thankful to trainers Neeta mam & Devendra sir both are really awesome their Workout sessions are very helpful . Different workouts Zumba,yoga meditation here it's designed as per age , medical conditions and carried in small batches. Highly approachable & Highly recommended!!

It's a great place to get started with your yoga journey and learn it from staff members and your peers, would recommend to all the newbies and fitness freaks, to ones who want to have a proper regime and work towards their wellness.
