One of the best gym Because Atmosphere over here are friendly and enthusiastic. Trainer are very supportive and guide you perfectly for better results.and Overall it's a wonderful experience.

Look there are many Gyms in town but its just the BEST of all because of the owner & trainers behaviour, knowledge sharing on Human anatomy, Muscle science, etc. you will build muscles as well as gain good knowledge about Body Muscle Science, Nutrition/Diet & this is why I renewed ny membership for another year & this is Why you should join this gym!!

I have recently joined the (ssv)gym it's almost a month And I can't write more for this gym because the review writing page will get over this gym is that good I learn so many variations each and every day. recently from whom I'm getting trained he is such calm and supportive trainer This gym is having positive surrounding every day Too hygienic too clean good support calbes and equipments Lastly the main important thing is the owner of the gym is so friendly and supportive. I have joined this gym just 2 months ago and I would say this could be the best gym in virar. They have stocked almost all the latest equipments. The trainers named Sai & Prakash are very supportive and knowledgeable. They will assist you with proper guidance to reach your goals. Apart from that, the owner of the Gym Mr Jay is also very kind & supportive with good knowledge. I would highly recommend to join this gym if you are looking for a good physique and well maintained body.
