A decent spaced gym with all good weight training equipments. The equipments seems to be new and in good shape. The trainer is a knowledge and helpful person. There are options for opting personal training too. The areas what i didn't like is the cardio equipments like treadmill, cross stepper/ trainer feels old but does the job without any problem. Otherwise very good gym and trainer. I recommend this gym for all.

Gym has almost all equipments. Well ventilated. Trainer is really good. Never feel lazy to go to gym because of his workout plans are not boring. It really helps me during my weightloss journey.

The highlight is ofcourse the friendly & amazing trainer who knows his job right. He analyses our goals and motivates and pushs us to our goal. Is extremely satisfied with them. If you are looking for a gym with good equipments and effect training, then xtreme is the place!

Rating 5 star. Xtreme fitness studio has the best trainer in the town.He is an amazing trainer.his positive attitude really keep us motivated. Systematic and punctual. Gym is clean and I recommend the place.

Fantastic gym. Owners/staff are awesome, great location, lots of equipment. I highly recommend! Plenty of space for cardio workout and very professional. Easily the best gym in Thrissur.
