Joining Gold's Gym was honestly one of the best decisions I have made. I was pretty nervous when I first started, but I've always felt comfortable here. My trainer, Mr. Vinu, has been super helpful and supportive over the past six months. He has helped not just with my workouts but also guided me on my diet to help me reach my goals. Finally the front desk staff are really polite and friendly, the equipments are great, and the housekeeping team keeps everything clean. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone starting their fitness journey

I have been a member of Gold's since past two years and it has been a wonderful journey for me. Trainers are top notch and professional. Always ready to help out clients and their timings are quite flexible which is very comfortable for me considering my busy work schedule. Despite being one of the earliest gyms in thrissur, their equipments are uptodate and still being maintained well. My fitness journey has been absolutely amazing under the guidance of my PT Jishnu. His unique methods of training along with dietary advises have done wonders for me in switching to a healthy lifestyle. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking out for a space which has fun embedded in fitness.

Gold's Gym Thrissur is one of the best fitness centers in the area! The trainers are knowledgeable, the equipment is top-notch, and the gym floor is always clean and well-maintained. Great atmosphere for beginners and serious lifters alike. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get fit in a professional and motivating environment.

The gym is very clean and organised. The staff cleans and maintains the equipment regularly. Personal trainers are very knowledgeable and they guide you expertly to achieve your fitness goals. They also have general trainers to support members who have not opted for personal training. Only suggestion is it would be helpful if general trainers monitored and corrected the postures of those working out on their own, particularly the elderly.

The equipment here is top-notch. The service is excellent--staff are always friendly and supportive.The trainers are amazing, especially Ronald. He's a great trainer who taught me how to do workouts with proper form and gave me more knowledge about fitness.
