Its a well maintained gym and also the trainers are super comfortable with all clients making them feel comfortable and help them to achieve their fitness goal. And also they have a well organised reception which helps new clients to choose VMB fitness!!
VM Basheer is my friend for the last 43 years. At that time also he was very health concious.Now at VMB Fitness all the trainers are lovable, careful and they have profound knowledge in human health.
