I have been a student here for the last 2 months I joined mainly to reduce my tummy fat and tone up my arms, because I am not overweight or obese. There are four trainers here.... all are very efficient and friendly at the same time and they offer customised training to their students. Only negative comment about this place is that some trainers spend a lot of time on the phone or roaming around, talking to others even when they are giving specific personalized training.. We students pay six times the fees of general training to get personal attention throughout the session of PT. If they correct this element, this is one of the best gyms I came across.

Overall, my experience at Team Powerlife gym in Muthuvara was extremely positive and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health. With a wide range of equipment, classes, and knowledgeable staff, this gym has everything you need to reach your fitness goals. I can't wait to go back for my next workout!

Sreejith and Robin is an excellent personal trainer and coach. He listens, observes, and always gets the best from me in every session. The gym has a really friendly atmosphere and is not intimidating. Their skills as a personal trainer have helped me make significant improvements to my lifestyle; weight loss, physical ability, and self-confidence have drastically improved.

First of all the trainers are well experienced and they support you to lift more. Secondly, they provide cardio for free which is good. They provide you with a good diet and all the instructions to achieve your dream physique. The only con I have faced is that there is no water in the gym.
