Jo's zumba fitness

Bundle of power packed energy...that's Jo. Have been in her team since 4 years. That one hour of zumba is an absolute bliss. I have attended both offline and online zumba classes. Both the classes equally effective. One hour of good music,dance moves (even of you are a pathetic dancer doesn't matter) and a sweaty session is all what Jo's zumba is about. I am a part of the online zumba class conducted by Jo ma'am... Her energy and inspiration is the major factor to get up in the morning and getting ready for the session. It's the perfect way to start ur day...keeps you feeling confident in ur physical self through out the day... Jo stresses on the point on being consistent and just keep moving even if the steps may seem a bit difficult to grasp at first... So it helps us to just let go of our inhibitions and move to the beat and Jo's moves :-) Very happy to be part of this.

I have been attending classes virtually from the United States for the last 2 years. We do Calorie burning dance exercises with a group of friends. My stamina increased by Zumba and these classes are stress buster. As a busy working parent, finding time for myself to exercise is too difficult. Jo always pushes us to work hard and be healthy.

I love zumba not only because of the health benefits but also the bliss and happiness we feel from there, with zumba I improved my confidence level a lot. No words to verbalize about our instructor Jo , she is a super lady who makes us feel the best in ourselves in all the aspects

I loved doing zumba with Jo ! She is a great teacher and dancer, that you feel excited too and you really enjoy this intense dance. That's a great way to exercise and keep yourself in shape, in just a hour, while having fun

A great experience in my life after meeting Jo...my zumba teacher.She was a real motivator for me. Zumba is not only an exercise but a relaxation for your mind & body. Zumba really helped me to control my Bp & blood sugar too.
