I began with cycling, slowly pushing myself until I was riding 55 km a day from Kakkanad to airport and back. The progress was real, and the weight started to drop. Amazing Gym And Supportive Trainers. Good quality equipments and adequate number of them .Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Trainers will keep an eye on every client to avoid mistakes and injury .I have been going there for 4 months now and never have I ever felt that I should skip a day . The gym provides such a warm ,positive and motivating environment. A special shout out to Babu sir - a very enthusiastic trainer who motivates you and pushes you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. Overall a great gym where you can come in with ease and workout and be spirited throughout the day .

I'm thrilled to share my incredible journey with Evershine Gym! In March 2024, I suffered a devastating hip labral tear injury that left me struggling with everyday activities. Climbing stairs, standing for a few minutes, and even getting out of bed became daunting tasks due to severe pain.I also had severe knee pain. After a long and challenging recovery, for about 7 months, I still faced persistent pain and mobility issues. That's when I decided to join Evershine Gym in September. The team, led by BhaghyChetan, and Jithin, has been instrumental in my transformation. Their expert guidance and personalized training helped me overcome my back and knee pain. This is very much based on my experience at the gym. I joined the gym for the one month i spend in india Though the gym has the necessary facilities, there is this trainer( the one with a beard) who was pretty rude. I do get the fact that the equipment are for everyone and not just one person but Its a basic gym ethic to ask someone if they are using an equipment or bench before snatching it from them specially when they have placed their belongings on the side. This happened to me thrice at the gym from the very same trainer. I wouldn't have had an issue if he would have asked me if he could join in with his trainee. Totally disrespectful for anyone . Don't know if he did it cause i wasn't training under him and i would not train under someone who doesn't check the form and technique of his/her trainee or somone who keep suggesting to train the whole body every single day. Would never recommend this trainer to someone

One of the standout features of Evershine fitness is its friendly atmosphere. The trainers there are very approachable and always willing to help. They give individual attention to each of them. This place has great facilities and equipments. They guide you properly. I really loved this placeeee!!

The best place to start your weight loss or weight gain journey. Evershine gym has all the facilities and great trainers The owner and trainers are so friendly they are always willing to help. Coming to evershine is like going to a second home. The owner and trainers give special dedication and care to all their clients. Coming to this gym gives me physical and mental happiness. Being here for 6months I am extremely happy and I do request this place for the PPL who are looking for good gym.
