Coming to the trainers, they are very helpful and can expect proper guidance. They will be available throughout the workout session. Gym environment is quite neat and clean. And there is peaceful atmosphere. All the equipments are new and fully functional. And has proficiency in accommodating more people doing same exercise. There is dressing room and washroom facility which is also maintained neat and clean.
