The trainers are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified and inspiring as well. They know to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. By far the best facility around. I have been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
You have great fitness classes like zumba , boxing etc

The instructors (Kamal, Roshith and Ramees) are Certified Fitness Trainers, extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. Even if you do not opt for personal training, they monitor your workouts and give advices and also helps you with the daily workout routines with a well-balanced diet. The best part is that all the gym equipments are pretty top-notch and are maintained really well on a routine basis. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.
