Excellent facility spread across 10000 square feet with all modern facilities/equipment's and I can vouch this would definitely be the best gym in Kochi. Will also like to mention all the trainers friendly behaviour and helping mentality will definitely take this a long way and special mention to Nandakishore my personal trainer whose working on me and helped me reach from 98.2kgs to 91 and the next target is 84kgs which is on the way.... Kudos to all involved with 1RM

Great Studio to work out and very friendly staff. I needed to use the facility for just 1 month in Feb-March during a short visit. They sorted me out without issues.. Very neat and state of the art equipment. Will be visiting soon for another short visit next month in August. Looking forward !

I had a disappointing experience with 1RM Gym. I had booked an ice bath session, and they confirmed the booking over the phone. However, when I called before visiting, I was told that it was canceled because one of their members had taken it.
There was no prior communication about the cancellation, and when I asked why I wasn't informed earlier, their response was quite casual, as if my time and effort didn't matter. Even when I mentioned that I wouldn't be coming back, they simply said, "That's okay."
Very unprofessional attitude and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend booking services here unless they start valuing their customers' time and trust.
Longefit on the other hand is extremely professional in this matter.

It's a great place to have a good workout sessions, also they offers kick boxing, weapondo, animal flow and zumba, etc... They have pool table comes with the membership and jacuzzi, cold bath plus a steam bath ( most of them comes with a 6 or 1 year membership which costs very cheap). Have a wonderful time, enjoy

This is a very spacious and well maintained gym. The staffs and trainers are very friendly. Highly recommend this place for one's fitness journey!! A special mention to my personal trainer, Nandakishore, with whom I have been training for the past 2 months. Under his guidance, i have seen a very good progress in weight loss as well as gaining strength.
