One of the best gym in tripunithura loved the way they have arranged Everything. The gym has got 3 floors first floor is entirely dedicated for. Cardio workouts second floor for weight training and the third floor for cross fit training. The machines are all jerai which is one of the best in india and the trainers are very good. I would definitely recommend this gym

I had a very disappointing experience with Paris Gym. I joined in November 2024 on a 3-month package but had to stop after only about two weeks due to an unexpected medical emergency that required hospital treatment. Months later, when my health improved, I contacted them hoping to resume the remaining time I had paid for. Badly, the management told me there was no option to continue or pause the membership--even though the break was due to a genuine medical issue. They simply insisted I would have to pay again for a new package. I find this completely unfair and customer-unfriendly. Many other gyms are much more flexible and understanding in such situations, often offering extensions or freezes for medical reasons. Paris Gym's rigid and unsupportive approach shows very poor management and a lack of care for their members. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for decent customer service or empathy.
