Nice place to workout. Machines are all good (Indus machines). You could either prefer personal training option or workout alone. Rates differ for both. Also not much spacious but still it's good.

The centre has all the latest and Modern equipments and you don't need to wait for your turn as they have enough number of equipments. The thorough Body Analysis and diet recommendations provided by them is really helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly trainers, and diverse class offerings make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. This is a centre, where all age groups come to achieve their fitness goals. I can see retired Men/Women, young professionals of both gender and College students in the Gym. The clean and well-maintained environment adds to the overall positive experience. It is Highly recommended!

Very nice place to work out. Budget friendly fee. All the gym trainers are very well trained and trainers assist everyone in a very careful manner. They help on post work out exercises too. Hygiene is maintained very well. Gym trainers set a checklist for each customer and follow the check list everyday with proper suggestions providing to the customers
