I joined DARC1 about 6 months ago. For the first two months, I was consistent- clean diet, no sugar and hitting the gym 6 days a week and I saw results fast. It was my first time ever in a gym, but it never felt overwhelming, thanks to my trainer, Ambarish. He really knows his stuff. As a beginner, I felt supported and I could see visible progress within just a month. He puts genuine effort into every client and tailors workouts to each persons needs. The gym does get a bit crowded during peak hours (around 7-8 PM) so sometimes there's a wait for some equipments. But overall, as someone new to all this, it's been a solid experience. P.S: Try to get a PT if you are new to Gym
