It's a good gym if you are gonna start the gym but you should come here with your professional gym rat bro or come here after you learn your right posture gesture. Because most of the time the trainer will not be there to teach you the right posture. But yeah if you are looking for some budget friendly gym so you can come here. The exercise machine's condition is fine here if you know how to do your workout so it will not be any problem for you but if you are new in the gym I highly recommend you to come with someone who knows how to exercise with the right posture. Or you can just ask the other brothers there most of the time you will get the friendly brothers there doing their exercise you can come here Monday to Saturday morning 5am to 10 am and evening 5pm to 10pm But I'll recommend it in the morning cuz your body is rising in the morning but If you have some time management issues so you can join there in the evening too
