Pro Ultimate Gyms Yamunanagar

My experience at this gym was horrendous. The lack of management was glaringly evident. When I approached the reception, the staff member was looking above the counter Ask me "Chappal to nhi pahni" Inki sochon only chappal pr hi hai. It seems like all the staff are more interested in their mobile phones than attending to the customers. This place feels more like a vegetable market than a professional gym. i observed 80% person was doing wrong positions no one paying attention on them. Absolutely shameful and disgusting

I had faced a lot of troubleshooting in choosing a gym. Will not name the gyms I tried but problem was same everywhere. The trainers were not educated enough and they had an easy assess to mobile phone during their working hours. So they neglected the client only to use their mobiles. The reception and the other staff always greeted with a cold face which made visiting the gym an unpleasant event. Contrary to all this. At proulitmate fitness ynr, the reception staff always greets all the clients this utmost smile and welcoming attitude each day. All equipments are wonderful. Trainers are knowledgeable and keen to help the clients in workout. Group classes are REGULAR unlike most gyms in the city and are taken by well trained instructors. UF is a boon for the city Congratulations Hope the quality will always be maintained.

So sorry to say this but yes it is the Worst gym i have ever visited in like i deposited fee for 4 months over there but i just quitted in 10 to 20 days services are so poor staff is not good at all they are so careless that they just can't give a proper explanation that why my charger is stolen from the front desk basically the reception where the staff member were sitting all the time, i just don't know what's wrong with it that my charger was left at the desk for one day and second day it dissappears had a conversation with staff many times zero response was there asked them to call there manager no response was there. If this is your service in this fee structure your gym is worst for sure and yes one more thing i just recieved a call from sales team then told them the issue but still no one is perfect over there ig if the owner will be he will sort out the things.Thank you

This is the best gym I have ever went through..staff and trainers are very cooperative and they taught each and every exercise in a good manner. My trainer name is Sagar and he is a very good trainer and guided me every exercise very properly..

Best gym i have ever seen in Yamunanagar and trainers are really so supportive specially sagar and deep sir and also sales team is very humble
