Great place for the workout . Trainer has a great knowledge about everything related to GYM and has experience of more than 30 years. He himself never suggests anyone to buy supplements. He always suggest everyone to build muscle or gain weight or reduce weight with the help of natural food. He has good knowledge of that as well. Thanks to Kaku paaji (Trainer)

Kaku gym is very old one in Shivpuri B colony. This is in business for approx 25 years. Gym has all equipments available for all body excercise. Best part is owner is also very friendly and chill person. He encourage everyone to stay fit. If you are in that area must visit this place.
