STRENFIT happens to be the best gym I've seen in Uttarpara. It's my 1st month here. Well equipped with all necessary gears to train all muscle groups. Professional Trainers is constantly pushing you to achieve your goals and understands your needs which is extremely important if you are a beginner and scared of going to a gym. Friendly, safe and hygienic environment. The Location is very convenient too. Right on G.T. Road. Definitely recommend!

It's been a month since I joined here and now I feel good that I made the right decision to join here. I have lost almost 3-3.5 kg in the last month despite being here constantly. I have been to many other gyms before joining but the enthusiasm I see in him to build the way I want makes me join and now I am getting results. Works under his guidance and achieves results. Tamal da is also very approachable and holds his own in everyone and if he notices that someone is doing their exercise badly, he is happy to correct it and that is something that changes others. Other colleagues are very supportive. The gym is full of the latest equipment. I am writing this review because I am getting the results you can see in the pictures.
