I have been a member of Strongfit gym for the last 4 months and the experience is amazing. The equipments are top notch and the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. The environment of the gym is very friendly Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good workout experience !

One-Year Experience at Strong fit(Female Perspective) I've been a member of this gym for a year, and while I've gained a lot in terms of knowledge, strength, and fitness, I also faced several disturbing experiences that no one--especially women--should go through in a place meant for self-improvement. Here are the key points of my experience: Unprofessional Trainer Behavior: A trainer misinterpreted my friendly demeanor and made inappropriate and absurd comments about my body. While compliments can be fine, his approach was unprofessional and uncomfortable. He also invaded my personal life and continued to contact me on social media despite being blocked. I eventually had to distance myself completely from him due to his clingy behavior. Hostility Towards My Partner: After I met my partner at this gym, the same trainer who was in good terms with him began displaying clear hostility and ignorance towards him. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment for both of us, despite us maintaining respectful behavior throughout. False Accusation by the Owner: On Oct 2024 We were once falsely accused of inappropriate behavior by the owner without any verification of CCTV footage. While he later apologized and claimed it was a misunderstanding after verifying the cctv footage, the accusation itself was humiliating and baseless. Recent Incident with a New Member: Just last month, a new male member approached us after hearing an extremely derogatory and bigoted comment made about me by the owner at the gym. The nature of the remark was so inappropriate that it could have warranted legal action. Yet I'm choosing instead to share this as part of my review to make others aware. Lack of Accountability: In multiple situations where issues were raised, they tended to manipulate the narrative and offer excuses instead of taking genuine accountability. Final Thoughts: I had a lot of respect for the owner initially, but the pattern of behavior over time made it clear that this was not a safe or respectful space for me. It was ultimately the right decision for us to leave. Important Note for Women: If you're a woman considering joining this gym, please proceed with caution. Your experience may vary, but based on mine, I cannot recommend it as a safe or professional environment. Hope this changes in future and they start treating clients as clients.

Excellent gym with top-notch facilities and great trainers. Everything you need for a perfect workout!

Trainers need to understand it's their work place and not a matchmaking site. Only if they are serious about their work and not clinging on female members.
