Located at proper places which are easily accessible and timings are also good the rate is also quite affordable. The trainer is strict which is a very essential . It is well equipped but proper maintenance of the equipments required on daily basis.
Pretty Good.Trainers aren't that good if you have knowledge of exercises you can manage it well but nice environment and one more thing it has CCTV surveillance so its safe also.
This gym is my love, I spend 2 hours daily out there, lovely environment to workout . Though the equipment are old, the ventilation is poor.
