So let me share my experience. The gym has state of the art equipment, knowledgeable trainer ( Nayan sir) and a supportive atmosphere that motivates me to reach my fitness goal. Clean and spacious facility, Gym equipment are well maintain no issue regarding any single equipmentt. I appreciate how the gym trainer helps every single person personally asking them and teaching them a proper form of any exercise.I really appreciate Nayan sir for maintaining Decipline as well as maintaining gym equipment with proper care

The gym provides one with professional atmosphere and is well equipped too at a very budget friendly cost. Also the gym trainer is very skilled who helped me to see great changes in my body within just a month so if you're consistent and want a healthy body to fit in, would highly recommend this gym as people working out here are very supportive of each other and it is a female friendly place to burn out the unwanted fat!!!!!

I joined gym on 7th July 2025 with body weight 66kg and as on 26th July 2025 I lost 4 kg weight, the gym atmosphere is nice and the behaviour of the trainer is good. For ladies the gym is perfect.
