Great gym. The equipment is all new and varied, you can find everything you're looking for. I was charged 300 rs. For a day pass, which seems fair considering the level of the place

I've been working in this gym from last 8months but I'm really unsatisfied with a trainer named Ali Ashraf. He's behaviour is really unprofessional and disrespectful. I wanted to take a bare body workout video for my Instragram content and he was constantly disturbing me in a unprofessional way. We youngsters come to a good gym so that we can post good videos on Instagram. If we cannot do this, then why would we come to your gym?

More of a Money Trap Than a Gym! This place is a nightmare if you're thinking of sending your elderly parents. My mother joined for health reasons, and on Day 1, they had her do was treadmill cardio. When I asked the manager for alternative mobility exercises to complement the cardio, he dismissed me outright. He claimed that different options were only available through personal training which costs INR 3500 bucks per month and is charged separately from the monthly fees of INR 1500 per month. Thereafter, he refused to offer any help or guidance in general training. His attitude was rude, impatient, and completely uninterested in our needs. This gym's lack of care and professionalism makes it clear they don't cater to older individuals who require special attention. Their response when my mother asked to one of their trainer, "If I don't take PT and get sick, who takes responsibility?" was shocking--they simply shrugged. Dear Management, Here are some advice: 1. Allow customers to experience your gym for a month. Demonstrate your expertise and build trust. If you're truly valuable, people will willingly pay for personal training. No person is stupid to NOT spend ANY money that benefits them. 2. Treat your customers with humility and respect. If you can't be patient and listen to them, then stop asking for their money. 3. When someone over 60 asks for help, remember they're there out of necessity, not choice. If you lack empathy while communicating and prioritizes money on Day 1, I don't know what kind of brand you are aiming to build.

Awesome gym! Top notch equipments. Staff and instructors are helpful and amicable. In the best location possible. Totally worth it.
