Hey Ayushi Di My name is Punam and I'm 21 years old and I've joined the gym on 3rd June 2025 and today's 26 June 2025 I am going to tell you guys about my gym journey. Before joining, I was facing a lot of health issues -- I had severe pain in my legs and hands, and I used to have trouble sleeping at night, which was mainly due to thyroid problems. These things were really affecting my daily life. Honestly, in just a few weeks, I can confidently say that it's been a life-changing decision for me to join a gym. Before this, my days were filled with household chores that left me completely drained and exhausted both physically and mentally. Going from 60 to 58 kg, I'm genuinely thrilled with the results so far and more importantly, I feel so much more energetic and active throughout the day. The pain I used to feel regularly has completely vanished, which I honestly didn't expect to happen this quickly. The combination of physical activity, consistent routine, and the positive gym environment has helped me feel stronger both physically and mentally. I'm genuinely grateful for this transformation -- it's not just about the weight loss, but about feeling healthy and alive again Honestly, that's a fantastic motivator to keep pushing! Seeing tangible progress so quickly really validates the hard work and your guidance. Your training style has been incredibly effective for me. I appreciate how you explain the exercises clearly push me to my limits without overwhelming me. I'm really starting to enjoy coming to the gym, which is a huge win for me. On a separate but important note, I've also experienced a break in my periods during these past weeks. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I know significant changes in activity or weight can sometimes have an impact. Overall, I'm feeling really positive about this journey.
