A friendly and motivating environment that will make you feel welcome and comfortable. I joined FitM because of Manoj Da who is both an international coach & player. He guides everyone irrespective General or personal and describe aleverything scientifically which is unique & make differet from other gyms.
Overall good experience.Me and my wife both are doing gym from last 1 year. Mr.Manoj and Shyam both trainer are very professional and experience.Main thing is that gym Ambiance is also very good.
For serious transformation, FitM1 is the best gym in siliguri. Coach Manoj Sir isn't just a trainer--he's a Science post graduate science teacher of WB Gov. He knows the exercise science deeply. He kept me accountable and pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Looking for my best transformation
