REVIEWS !!! As they play an important role in our daily lives, similarly, I had also done a goggle review before joining this gym & found the reviews exciting. But, ironically, I am compelled to jot down my past 9(nine) months experience here as follows- 1) First & foremost, this gym is definitely not for the beginners and gym enthusiasts because for the past 5-6 months, there is no GENERAL TRAINER to guide you with your form of doing the right activities correctly and helping you in times of need. 2) Secondly, hitting the gym consistently is itself a battle to win for an individual. But, ironically, the gym gets closed frequently with lame excuses like emergencies, fever. and so much more of the owner's personal reasons. 3) Thirdly, once you get admitted, you'll be treated well in the initial days and later, you are not valued , until and unless, you opt for PERSONAL TRAINING. Because, in opting Personal training, you will undergo advance workouts no matter when you have joined. But, if you are a normal individual, you have to build strength and stamina to progress from basic to advance. LOL !!! 4) Fourthly, though the equipments are good but there is no PUSH factor in the environment which will tempt you in doing more, as I mentioned earlier, "You are not valued", you have to do things on your own, making you feel more like a Zombie. There is none to monitor your activity or guide you in achieving your goal. I hope this review helps you in taking the right decision & achieving a healthy lifestyle. P.S. Once again, a RED FLAG for the BEGINNERS. Period !!!

All major equipments available and Dipankar bhaia is the best person who can actually guide you to reduce your overweight and build up a better stamina, athlete or muscular body. I would suggest that if you are looking for a serious workout place this is the place under the budget. No pain no gain.

This centre has just what I need. I tend to work in the morning in 6am batch. Additionally, I found the right trainer who helped me to reach my fitness goal. The instructor Dipankar sir is ready to assist at all times and is pleasant. He is just well versed about training and is very observant, skilfull and knowledgeable. Under his training I have seen my body transform. I managed to get results which I never thought were possible. His focus and encouragement pushed me to try harder and achieve the unachievable. Working out with him has been a tremendously positive and result oriented. If I could predict the future I would say he is going to go a long way in fitness industry.

I have been coming here for a few months now,and l feel great after every class . Thanks Dip for the wonderful experience and the results I am starting to feel.I really like to go to Dip's Fit Fitness Arobics Centre . Thanks to our trainer ,he always motivate us.

Best AC unisex Gym in our Siliguri with all best equipments, and our instructor is very good, well trained and polite,He gives us right guidance and encourage us to do hard..
