The only downside is that it can get a bit busy during peak hours, but that's a small price to pay for such an amazing gym. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga and spin, there's always something happening, and the instructors are all top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend B-FIT CENTRE to anyone looking for a great fitness experience.

The gym has good trainers and equipments.Super spacious gym with lots of facilities, weight training, zumba, cardio, tabata and much more! Even the trainers are friendly and helped me in my weight loss journey. Good service and super clean and comfortable gym for ladies.

Trainers are good, nice ambience. It is not a unisex gym, only for women. I would definitely recommend this gym. There is one changing room and one washroom. Sauna bath facility is also available.
